Amphenol Aerospace Operations are a globally recognised manufacturing company, and one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products that specialises in advertising recruitment campaigns for jobs in the sales, IT, marketing, office & secretarial, and finance industries, including business development and account management from entry level through to director level.in the world for the military, commercial aerospace and industrial markets.

With headquarters in Syracuse, New York, and a recent expansion into Phoenix, Arizona, Amphenol has 7500 employees.

Amphenol are often looking for engineers, machinists, assembly line workers and other operational staff, and they recruit in high volumes.

With their recent expansion into Arizona, Amphenol realised that their growing recruitment needs were going to become very costly. Amphenol were previously using multiple job boards and had several expensive subscriptions active. They were wanting to save money but also time and ease on recruiting at high volumes, from writing adverts to posting ads and reviewing resumes, so they were very interested in the ecruit solution.

Amphenol trialed 3 credits with ecruit, firstly advertising an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer onto all of the biggest job boards in the US. Amphenol discovered that it was much cheaper to advertise through ecruit than going directly to the job boards and with no subscription to sign up to, this gave flexibility for monthly changes in vacancy volumes. Moreover, the time saving aspect was especially crucial for them as they were looking to hire quickly and in high volumes.

The Results

Amphenol have now posted multiple roles through ecruit with an average of 50 suitable responses per position.
