The Company

E-zec Medical Transport service is a family run company focussed on delivering high quality, safe, effective ambulance transportation for patients to and from a healthcare setting. E-Zec is now one of the longest established and largest independent ambulance providers. Based in Redhill, they have a growing team of 150 people.

The Problem

E-Zec Medical has a constant need for Ambulance Care Assistants in different locations across the UK, as well as other ad hoc positions such as Controllers or operational staff. Using a recruitment agency for this would be far too costly and wouldn’t make sense.

Job board wise, E-zec had tried out a couple of providers but had found that prices were high for even a single job board, and applications were not of the highest quality.

The Solution

The first position E-Zec advertised with ecruit was an Ambulance Care Assistant. The position was posted onto all of the UK’s top 10 job boards, along with e-med careers, one of the top medical job boards to attract the most relevant applications.

The Results

Since their first role, E-zec have posted 7 roles with us, averaging 50 applications each.

E-zec has hired a massive 20 candidates through ecruit, meaning their cost per hire has been reduced to an average of just £139.

As E-zec are interested in hiring in high volumes, multi-job board posting is the most cost efficient way for E-zec to post their roles.

Moreover, we have recently begun to integrate with E-zec’s own ATS, making the recruitment process even more seamless.
