They specialise in rolling stock, operations and commercial engineering and deliver first-class sustainable solutions to the world’s biggest rail and transport challenges.
IPEX had a number of frustrations with their previous recruitment process including high commission charges, difficulty filtering candidates and too much admin.
They were looking for a solution that would not only save them money but would reduce the admin and ultimately deliver them the best possible talent to choose from.
After initially using ecruits Advertiser package, IPEX decided to use the 360 package for their next role.

They loved the headhunter service and ended up with three final shortlisted candidates who were all closely matched. Two came via the Headhunter campaign but in the end the successful candidate came from the advertisements.
