The frustrations we faced in recruiting prior to working with ecruit were low quality candidates and an overly long hiring process.
We have used a combination of ecruits advertiser plus and 360 packages to fill a variety of roles.
For the more qualified roles, we felt it was important to look at passive candidates so we could attract the best possible clients. For our teaching assistant positions, we had sufficient relevant interest from the advertiser package.
